1.Introduction of program
International students program ofConstruction Managementprovide service in city construction, cultivatingapplied talents with international perspective and abilities of citymanagement. The program is an English taught program. All lecturers of theprogram are from teaching staff with excellent academic background and goodEnglish-speaking who are collected from the whole university. The program willcultivate international students with systematic knowledge system, andpractical ability in city construction and management. Students in this programshould be friendly with China, understand Chinese policy and survey, and have agood Chinese. Meanwhile, students should have a comprehensive knowledge system incity construction and management, understanding frontier technique in relatedfields, and have good abilities in innovation and practice.
2.Program objective
The undergraduateprogram of Construction Management trains international applied managerialtalents working in the urban construction and urban modernization. Graduateswill have ability of project management and practice innovation, which cancarry out and control a whole process of engineering management with utilizingmanagement tool, methods, and techniques of program.
3.Program requirement
The undergraduateprogram of Construction Management requires program students to understand thebasic knowledge and methods in engineering technology, law, economics,management, and information. The students will receive training in methods andskills of creative thinking, project management, construction soft and tools.Graduates have ability to solve problems of project management and innovation.
Graduates should havethe following abilities:
