1.  Engineering SurveyingPractice

        Through this module,it can make students to master the basic theoretical knowledge and practicalskills of surveying. Students can analyze and solve the general measurement

problems in engineering construction.

2.   Module design ofEngineering Economics

       Based on a casestudy, students can review the theory of engineering economics, making economicanalysis by computer software. The module design cultivates students to analyzeand solve economic problems of projects based on economical analysis andfeasibility research.

3.  Cognition Practice

       Cognition practiceacting as a basic practical teaching link in civil engineering teaching scheme,is a leaning progress focus on practical engineering on site before the startof professional modules, after some relevant basic module have been taught suchas Introduction of Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Materials, etc. Bythe means of visiting and observation, ensure the students to understand theboard filed of civil engineering and its position and functions of nationaleconomy, gain a lot of information and research tends, calling on intensethirsty for knowledge, lead to the belief of striving for Civil Engineering,love the major, learn consciously and vividly.

4.  Course Design for Designof Concrete Structure

     This course is anorganic component for civil engineering, to cultivate students' comprehensiveuse of basic theory and basic skills an important link of the ability toanalyze and solve practical engineering problems, to carry out basic engineertraining plays an important role. Through this design will consolidate, deepenstructural mechanics and concrete structure design principle and related basicknowledge, improve access to information, scheme comparison, draw the structureconstruction drawing, the ability to use standards and manuals, etc.

5.   Design of Building

     The practicum moduleof Building Construction is an integral part of the teaching plan. It aims toteach students to use the basic principle and application knowledge of civilbuilding design and construction, to notice and analyze practical problems inreal-life projects. Through this module, students should have a comprehensiveunderstanding of the process of civil building design, basic principles ofdesign, architectural physics, building construction and construction methods.Students should also get a sense of the form and content of architectures, aswell as the composition of architectural space.

6.   Foundation EngineeringDesign

      Foundation EngineeringDesign is a practical module. Through the design, students should master thedesign principles and methods of single foundation under a column (or stripfoundation under wall, or pile foundation), and learn how to design singlefoundation under a column, or strip foundation under wall, or pile foundation.

7.   Module Design of SteelStructure

     The module design ofsteel structure is an important part of practice of Civil Engineering. Theobjective of module design is to cultivate the student’s theory, skill, andsolution abilities. The module design will strengthen student’s understand instructure mechanics and design of steel structure. Students will improve theirabilities in documents review, case comparison, drawing, and regulationutilization.

8.   Civil EngineeringConstruction Organization Module Design

      This module is animportant practical teaching process which is compulsory for students major incivil engineering. The task of this Module Design is to prepare integrateddocument of a construction organization plan on main works of reinforcedconcrete frame structure by the helps of original data. Consolidate and deepenthe theoretical knowledge the students learned in class, as well as obtainedpractical knowledge in production practice, and combine theory with practiceefficiently to further improve their professionalknowledge.
