On May 8th, Mr Li Huixiang, Division Chief of International Exchange Department of Tianjin College of Commerce, together with a teacher paid a visit to our school. Mr. Zhanghai, Dean of School of International Education, teacher representative of Party Branch Office and counselors for international students participated in the seminar.
During the meeting，both sides respectively gave an account of the basic situation about international education in China and Sino-foreign cooperation education in recent years, whose topics cover such contents as international student enrollment, teaching, management, scholarship policies and Sino - foreign cooperation projects. Furthermore, both schools also expressed intentions on the cooperation on the project of upgrading from junior college program to bachelor program study. It is our sincere hope that we can give full play to our individual advantages and strengthen the exchange and cooperation between two schools, thus, improving the quality of international education.
Through the seminar, we held a preliminary discussion on cooperation on the project of upgrading from junior college program to bachelor program study, further developing pioneering ideas on international education, which will be of great significance to expanding the influence of international education and promoting connotative development of international education in our school.
