On December 13th， Feng Kun，dean of Tianjin International Chinese College，together with another two members paid a visit to our school. Zhang Hai，dean of School of International Education，Wang Xiao，vice dean of School of International Education, well as staff members of office of international students affairs participated in the investigation and research activity.
During the seminar，both sides gave a brief account of the basic information about international students education in recent years, whose topics include Chinese language Training, Sino-foreign cultural exchanges, the“ Chinese Bridge” delegation online program, online Chinese courses, the construction of Luban workshops and mental health for international students. Besides, both sides also talked about cooperation on the Chinese Language Training Program for preparatory class for international students in the years ahead.
After that，the guests paid a visit to the splendid traditional Chinese culture experience center-Guqin music lab.
This activity strengthens the communication between our two schools and is of great significance in enhancing international students’ Chinese language proficiency, developing working ideas on teaching Chinese as a foreign language applied in the unique Chinese+Architecture Project course and building a renowned “Studying abroad in TCU” strategic brand.
