Please submit the final electronic version of graduation project (dissertation) documents as requiredto your supervisorand send itto the school public email-box: sietcu@163.com.The deadline of submission is 5:00 p.m. 6thJune, 2020.Requirements for electronic documents are as follows:
The documents to be submitted by students majoring inCivil Engineering shouldincludeWordandPDF versionsof calculating books including Investigation Survey (named asstudent ID+ student name+ calculatingbooks) andPDF versionof drawing (named asstudent ID+ student name+drawing).
e.g. TomCruisesubmits his graduation design, he should write down like this:
For his calculating books, he should name the document as2016GJ0201200 TomCruiseCalculatingBooks;
For his drawing, he should name the drawing as2016GJ0201200 TomCruiseDrawing
The documentsto be submitted by students majoring inConstruction ManagementshouldincludeWordandPDF versionsof dissertation (named asstudent ID+ student name+dissertation).
e.g. TomCruisesubmit his graduation dissertation, he should write down like this:
He should name the document as2016GJ0501200 TomCruiseDissertation;
Please adjustyourelectronic documents according to the correspondingformat template(see Attachment 1). The score of thegraduationdesign (dissertation) will follow the Evaluation inGraduation Design/Dissertation Arrangement (see Attachment 2). Students who do not submit their final electronic version on time will not be allowed to participate in the defense.
